He has aLaw degree and is a Chartered Accountant
Justin Rolph
Justin has worked in social care for over 30 years across the public, private and voluntary sectors and several roles, including CEO of an Adult Social Care Company, Owner/Director of a Children’s Residential, Fostering and Education Company, and as Lead Commissioner for Children’s Social Care for a Local Authority.
Rikesh Saujani
Rikesh joined Hervines in 2017 and has helped raise over £100m in funding for various healthcare operators, whilst providing strategic and operational advice.  He previously worked in the Capital Markets at various wholesale and investment banks and was part of the original treasury team who set up TSB Bank.
Karim Karmali
Karim joined from his Strategic Capital Advisory business where he has just delivered a turnaround for a Specialist Adult Care group in the South of England, acting as CEO and CFO. He is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant as well as being an investment banker for 20 years.
James Dowdall
James is a turnaround and restructuring specialist with experience in Healthcare having worked for leading City banks including; Barclays, Santander and HSBC, for over 15 years.  He has assisted businesses both in the UK and across Europe.  He is a member of the Institute for Turnaround.

She helps transition teams by focussing on the business needs with empathy and respect whilst keeping employees at the front and centre of growth or turnaround plans.
Aya Ataya
Aya joined Hervines Group start of 2021 after successfully generating a new brand identity for Hervines group and developing the website. She is an experienced consultant, designer, and developer in website and brand design, optimising customer-based experiences reflecting on company goals.
